TOURISTS USING FIELD AS TOILET LEADS TO CHARGE OF ‘ALLOWING A BEAST TO WANDER’

first_imgA FARMER blamed tourists for using his field as a toilet for sheep escaping which led to a serious road traffic accident.Letterkenny District Court heard how a woman crashed into a wandering sheep at Burt around 8.30am on December 23, 2012.Gardaí traced the sheep killed in the accident to farmer Stewart Buchanan, Bohullion Upper Speenoge, Burt.
