first_imgInterim boss Roberto Di Matteo was delighted to see Chelsea play with passion in their FA Cup victory at Birmingham.Di Matteo, placed in charge following the sacking of Andre Villas-Boas, saw goals from Juan Mata and Raul Meireles secure a 2-0 win and a quarter-final clash with Leicester.It was an encouraging performance by the Blues in their first game since Villas-Boas was shown the door.“The attitude was right. The commitment was right. The passion was there,” Di Matteo told ITV.“It’s important to show that we care – that we can fight for the club and our supporters. The players were up for it.“We’re all in this together.
